Road Closures:  The roads will be closed from 4:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 5 until 6:00 a.m.  on Sunday, November 6.  Road closures include Highland Avenue, between Montreal Avenue and Creel Street,  Highland Avenue parking lot, the alleyway adjacent to the Eau Gallie Square, Bud Yeager Drive and St. Clair Street, between Highland Avenue and Guava Avenue
