Road Closures:  New Haven Avenue, between Municipal Lane to the east side of Grant Street, Vernon Place,  and Waverly Place will be closed on March 16 at 6:00 a.m.   All other street closures will occur at 6:00 a.m. on March 17.

Parking:  A fee of $10.00 will be charged for parking in the City-owned parking lots. Paid parking in all City surface lots, with the exception of the City Hall surface lot, will begin at 2:00 p.m.  on March 17.  Paid parking in the City Hall parking garage and surface lot will begin at 5:00 p.m. on March 17.
