The Historic and Architectural Review Board is a quasi-judicial board with nine members (seven regular members and two alternates). The board recommends local historic designations and regulates and administers historical, cultural, archaeological and architectural resources in the City of Melbourne. It also considers material changes in the exterior appearance of existing buildings located on non-residential property in the city’s redevelopment districts.
Patricia Tyjeski, AICP, of Inspire Placemaking Collective, and the Consulting Historic Preservation Officer for the City of Melbourne will present and unveil the findings of this most recent discovery and discuss future steps for this historic site.
The public is encouraged to attend this special presentation as part of the HARB's community outreach initiative.
Please share this information with anyone interested in learning more about the City’s historic preservation efforts.
