Special events that utilize Melbourne public streets require permits issued by the City Clerk's Office.

St. Patrick's Day Festival

Date:  March 15, 16 & 17, 2025

Hours:  March 15 from 7:00 a.m. until 1:00 a.m.; March 16 from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 a.m.; and March 17 from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 a.m.

Road Closures:  Roads will be closed on Friday, March 14 at 6:00 a.m. and will reopen on Tuesday, March 18 at 6:00 a.m.

Location:   New Haven Avenue, between Livingston Place west to Campbell Park, Municipal Lane and portions of Vernon Place, Waverly Place and Grant Place.

Parking:  A fee of $15.00 will be charged for parking in the City-owned parking lots. Paid parking will begin immediately following the St. Patrick's Day Parade during event hours on March 15 and March 16.
