Special events that utilize Melbourne public streets require permits issued by the City Clerk's Office.

Getting2Zero 5K

  • Date: 03/23/2025 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM  

Date:  March 23, 2025

Hours:  The 5K will begin at 8:00 a.m. and conclude by 9:30 a.m.   Pre- and post-event activities will take place at Eau Gallie Civic Center until 1:00 p.m.

Road Closures:  Road and lane closures will occur from 6:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.  Road closures will include Highland Avenue, between Eau Gallie Boulevard and St. Clair Street, Bud Yeager Drive, and the outside westbound lane of the Eau Gallie Causeway.

Location:   The run begins on Highland Avenue at the Eau Gallie Square, travels east over the Eau Gallie Causeway, and returns to Eau Gallie Square.
