Location: New Haven Avenue, from Vernon Place to Campbell Park, Municipal Lane from E. Strawbridge Avenue to E. New Haven Avenue, Municipal Lane Alley at the midway point and E. Strawbridge Avenue west bound left turn lane to Municipal Lane

Parking: Free parking in city-owned parking lots.
