Special events that utilize Melbourne public streets require permits issued by the City Clerk's Office.

Hours: The Event will begin at 7:00 p.m. and will end at approximately 11:00 p.m. 

Road Closures: The roads will be closed from 7:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m.

Location: New Haven Avenue, from Vernon Place to Campbell Park, Municipal Lane from E. Strawbridge Avenue to E. New Haven Avenue, Municipal Lane Alley at the midway point and E. Strawbridge Avenue west bound left turn lane to Municipal Lane

Parking: Free parking in city-owned parking lots.
