The City of Melbourne Beautification and Energy Efficiency Board (BEEB) is looking for a business owner who resides in Brevard County to join this volunteer board to fill a vacant slot. Members meet monthly at 2 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chamber.

The BEEB’s mission is to identify and make recommendations to the City Council concerning affordable strategies associated with conservation, renewable energy, and energy efficiency in City operations. The board also conducts the Clean Energy award and the Gems award programs to recognize the efforts of others who contribute to the beautification, environmental protection, and enhancement of the city.
