On August 26, 2024, at around 1300 hours, two Palm Bay High students were involved in an altercation. During the incident, one student received a stab wound to the abdomen, and the other had a cut on the hand. Both involved parties have been identified and transported to separate hospitals and are in stable condition. The incident is isolated and there is no threat to the community at large.
Update, Aug. 27, 2024
The results of the investigation established probable cause for the arrest of Dominick Glasco. He was charged with Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon (felony) and Disruption of a School Function (misdemeanor). He was treated and released for the injuries he sustained during the incident and was turned over to the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office for the listed charges.
The victim is currently listed as serious but stable. The injuries are not considered life threatening at this time.
