Notice of Intent to Issue Wastewater Discharge Permit

The City of Melbourne is issuing notice to provide an opportunity for any interested person to submit written comments concerning the issuance of a Significant Industrial User (SIU) discharge permit to the following company:

Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation

Melbourne, Florida 32904

and

Leonardo DRS Network & Imaging Systems, LLC
100 N. Babcock Street
Melbourne, Florida 32935

The Public Notice period will run from March 31, 2025 through April 21, 2025.

The draft SIU discharge permit numbers 1033 and 1023 are available for review between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., weekdays, excluding holidays at the Water Reclamation Administration Office, 835 N. Apollo Blvd. Melbourne, FL 32935.

All comments received during the public comment period will be considered in the final decision on issuance of an individual SIU discharge permit.
