American Kenpo Karate
Thursdays: 5 p.m. – 5:45 p.m. for ages 5 years and older; 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. for ages 10 years and older

A focused martial art that stresses situational awareness and the practice of self-defense techniques. This class consists of combination drills, pad work, katas, and sparring to enhance your physical and mental abilities in martial arts.
Cost per month (4 classes): $30 resident/$36 non-resident

Bingo — Melbourne Police Athletic League (PAL)
Wednesdays: 12 p.m. – 2 p.m.
Join us for Bingo! Play a variety of games including letter X, kite, letter T, block of 9, outside frame, and more! Bingo cards go on sale at 11 a.m. Bingo begins promptly at 12 p.m.
Cost: one card: $5; two cards: $10; three cards: $15

Bone Builders
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
Bone Builders is a FREE strength training and health education program offered through Aging Matters in Brevard’s Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP). Participants lift weights to improve their bone and muscle strength while also working to better their balance. Certified instructors will also discuss important topics related to bone health and nutrition. Space is limited, and registration is required in advance. Contact the RSVP office at (321) 631-2749 to sign up today.

Line Dancing
Tuesdays:
- Beginners (Little or no line dance experience required.): 6 p.m. – 6:45 p.m.
- Improver (This class is for experienced dancers not quite ready to tackle intermediate dance.): 6:45 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
- Intermediate (Experienced line dancers will have mastered a range of step patterns and movements.): 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Cost: $5/class
