Refundable Damage Deposit
A refundable damage deposit is required for all rentals in advance of the reservation date. Refundable damage deposits may be picked up by the renter after 9 a.m. on the first working day following the event.

Please note that all reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis and require an additional refundable damage deposit. Rooms are available for rent and are officially reserved after all forms have been signed and approved by the Parks and Recreation Department.
